If Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Sponsor Boutique. Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer! (The paid amount will not be reimbursed to the Customer).

Keep your jewelry dry!
Store your jewelry separately so it doesn’t scratch other jewelry!
Apply make up,hairspray,perfume or any type of lotion before putting on your jewelry!
Do not apply pressure because it might cause delicate jewelry to break or bend!
Never use abrasive chemicals or products to clean your jewelry!
Repair
After the customer contact us ,we present the case of our designer.If the repair is possible ,the customer has to pay the price of it.
